The Room

She sits alone
in an empty room
filled with happy memories
A silent room
but for the echoes
of merry laughter past
Time to leave
so sad to go
For she was happy there

  4. I imagine it is hard to visit a room where there WERE happy memories that exist no more. The silence CAN be deafening.

  5. Yes it is sad to leave a place that has been happy. But if she does not leave it will not remain a place of happiness--o place of emptiness instead.

  9. moving on is the hardest part for the memories are so beautiful u'd wish to stay back in them!!! sigh!
