Autumn stood aside and Summer returned!
Something odd happened to our weather yesterday. Instead of the temperature being at the annual average of 13c (55f) it zoomed up to 24c (75f)
So I walked down my road to the beach and took a stroll! Join me!
These are fabulous photos. Sadly I spent most of yesterday in the car, driving home from visiting my mum, but it was great to enjoy the warmth when I stopped a couple of times at service stations. :)
ReplyDeleteLovely. Had to break out the flannel here a few weeks ago. Won't be long til we trade in the flannel for the fleece. Then the dreaded parka.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the beachwalk!
Lovely, We did that earlier in the week and watched trotters being trained along the tideline (pictures on my FB page) It's gone cloudy this morning, but still warm.
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy I did join you, what a beautiful stroll it was. We've been experiencing that same kind of weather as well. It's a cold spell again right now, but it's going to get much warmer and very sunny!
ReplyDeleteGlad you were able to take advantage of the weather! Lovely photos!
ReplyDeleteThe snow is flying here!
ReplyDeleteThe sky, the sea, and the beach are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHi Keith - you're along the coast from me ... and take way better photos! I spotted your Lewes photo, on Marja's blog, and scrolled down to see Bexhill ... it was an amazingly warm week, not so bad now ... cheers Hilary
