Sea legs

A little bit of nonsense for THE MAG!

Mind over matter. I won’t be sick, I won’t be sick, I won’t –wooo – be siiiick!

Just hold the rail. That’s right. The rail’s moving – ooooh – no it’s not it's  me-ee-ee

Hold tight. Nearly there, nearly there. Ooo,ooo, ooo!

That’s better, not rolling soooo much nowwwww!

Weeee!  Bluuuuh………

SPLAT……..

  1. Hahaha! I know the feeling. I met my husband on a ship that was built in the time of the titanic, but ours didn't have any fancy features, all had been removed to make it a missionary ship. It rocked an enormous amount around the Cape, where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet. Even those who were trained seamen were sick! So, what adventures were you on? Any interesting places? Thanks for linking on Amanda's Books and More. Take care!

  2. I've never been sea-sick but then, I haven't been a frequent visitor to the sea. I can relate this to my motion sickness, though. Really enjoyed reading this. Great work with the prompt. :)

  3. Great take on the prompt. I lived on a boat for two years and I myself have never been sick but I have watched many a face turn green. Love and Light, S

  8. Your words are written in a way that evokes a sense of the motion.....and adding green to the photo and font really highlights the 'seasick' feeling superbly!
