Feeling stressed? This is for you

I don't know about you, but when I feel a little uptight, slightly stressed or simply fidgety I like nothing more than popping bubble wrap! Trouble is, when you need it you can never find any, and that makes you even more anxious.

  3. When my son was young, popping bubble wrap was one of his favorite things to do. Now he is into dry ice and plastic soda bottles. A bit louder pop!
