I’ve been thinking! Since the sinking of Writers Island those of us who need a kick up the back-side to get the creative juices flowing have been left high and dry.

Sunday Scribblings is great but I feel the need for something else earlier in the week get the ‘ole grey matter churning.

Supposing we had a site called Carry On Tuesday where we are given the just first line or a few words of a famous poem or book, then continue it with our own thoughts but in completely different direction from the original piece.
.I’d be happy to set up a new site to handle it.

ReplyDeleteI'm on board. I do a site called "Tuesdays with Amy" based on a Journaling class I take from an Instructor named of course Amy.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I am the only one in the class that will post to the blog. If I knew how I could set that one up for your idea, but I think a whole new site would be better. Anyway, count me in.

Great idea Keith!! I know I could certainly use it! I really missed poetry thursday when it left. I used to love all the "Carry on" movies so I think you picked a marvelous catchy name!!! Good on ya chum!!
