And todays reading....

A young man came in to the pub the other day. It was his eighteenth birthday, and he wanted to celebrate by purchasing his first ‘legal’ pint!
In his hand he was clutching a pewter beer tankard he’d been given as a present, and on it were inscribed the words -
’When I was a child, I spoke as a child, understood as a child, and thought as a child. When I became a man I put away childish things and drank beer’.

  2. I still remember my first legal drink, and that was 20 some years ago.

  3. What do you mean by "his first legal drink"? You don't mean that people drink underage over there too? *GASP!* Shocking!
